Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your inquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

Processors

Postmark (ActiveCampaign LLC) for email delivery; Vercel Inc. for hosting; Umami for cookieless, anonymous traffic measurement. Postmark and Vercel are US-based, so data is also transferred outside the EU — under the EU Commission data privacy framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Until the inquiry is resolved, for a maximum of 1 year.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu).
