Who it's for: This is for you if you can see the opportunity in AI but don't know which task to start with, or if you have a prototype that never made it into real use.
What happens: I go through where you stand today and look at the system you already run. You get it back in writing: what's worth building, what each item costs and how long it takes, ordered by how much it returns for the effort.
The first step: Send me a few sentences about what you're building, and a 30-minute call will show whether there's real work here.

Project

Who it's for: You need this if you already know which AI feature has to go live, and the open question is whether it holds up under real traffic.
What happens: I build the feature from the database up to the screen, including what happens when things fail and the alerts that tell you when they do. The code lands in your own repository.
The first step: Start with the diagnostic: after it I know what has to be built, so I can put a fixed price on it.

Support

Who it's for: This makes sense if the finished system has to keep running and there's nobody in-house whose job that is.
What happens: I hold a block of hours each month: I watch the system, fix bugs, ship improvements and review code. It runs as long as it's useful, and you can stop it anytime.
The first step: It usually follows a project, but it can start on its own: tell me what's already running.

If the question is small and well defined, I work by the hour, from €70.

On the one-off work — the diagnostic and a project — I ask for 30% of the price as a deposit at the start, and the rest at delivery, per phase on a project. The deposit comes back if you stop the work in writing at its checkpoint; the details are on each offer's page. Support is a monthly fee with no deposit.
